2ND TIME, AT 18,000 kMS THE CLUTCH PLATE WORN OUT, AND IT WAS REPLACED BY THE TATA MOTORS BY TAKING 10 DAYS TIME. AND ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE THE BACK DOOR IS LIKE A LORRY DOOR, IT GOT VIBRATING ON MORE THAN 80 km SPEED. MORE OVER, HEAVY DUST FLOW INSIDE THE CAR FROM THE BACK DOOR. VERY VERY BAD QUALITY OF MATERIALS AND DESIGN. NEVER AND DONT BYE THE ARIA CAR DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Dear Sir, Please refer our previous mails. M/s. Vst Motors, Trichy and TATA Motors were not interested to solve the problems. They are simply makeup and deliver the car with out rectify the defects or the defects cant be rectified because of poor quality of materials. We are confidently tell this complaint because of, the following complaints are accruing frequently and not rectified. We have to rectify the car each and every 1000Kms running. We have rectify the car by visiting VST Motors more than 25 times with in 23,000Kms. More over still date there was no TATA Motors engineers inspect the car and nobody call us regarding these complaints. All are simply given instructions to the VST Motors, Trichy. We cant extract the prober service from VST Motros, Trichy. This is our 1 year experience with VST Motors. The clutch plate failure will raising each and every 7,000 Kms. This is the 3rd time with in 23,000 kms. They are not find out the defect of the Clutch system. TATA Motors not taken any action on this complaint. The rear door supplied by the TATA Motors and fitted by the VST work shop, was not a quality product, because that is not correctly fit with the car. That is way, up normal dust flow in to the car. The TATA Motors and VST service station people are well known, but they are not replace with correct one. But, each and every time they are telling stories and deliver the car. This is our 7th time repeated complaint, no action taken by the VST and TATA Motors. The car wobbling problem still there. For that no work has been carried out. The front Left tyre damaged with in 23,000 Kms. Who will bear this lose?. The beeping sound problem not rectified. This gives too much disturb while driving. For the navigation system problem, there is no answer from the TATA motors. But the TATA motors have collected the very good money from us. It is proved that, the quality of materials, performance of the Car and service are very very poor. As such, we cant bear with TATA Motors for long time for the repeated complaints. Please take necessary action to find out the Clutch system problem and rear door problem. Other wise please replace other model car or repay the money. Thanking you T.Muthurajalingam 9443120199.

The quality of the material, for example the clutch plat worn out with in 8000 Km in normal use. As in advertisement, If we use the vehicle in sandy or hills area, we have to think. More over to change the clutch plate, which is in warranty, TATA Motors give assurance to the Customer any repair will be solved in 8 hours, but the dealer have taken 8 days. The cost of the vehicle of the Pride is about 18.50 Lacs on road. It is a huge amount. More over, the CD issued for the Navigation system is not up to 2011. It not shows many NH roads not correctly. If we use the Navigation we will not reach the designation point. I think the Innova is the best car available with in 14 Lacs.

we have took about 1-month and found the best off innova and also scorpio too.....................

My Arias security system had issues from day one. Had to be replaced. At 8000km, there was some noise from engine and they promptly replaced the engine and turbo. Though it was a good gesture to replace than to repair a new engine, but the entire process took 3 weeks. They offered to provide me with an another aria till my vehicle was repaired. Tata motors is trying its best to keep the aria customers happy.

This car has the time honored niggling issue which tata motors is famous for. Plus Tatas after sale service is worst of all.You may consider going for this car, but at the cost of time and peace of mind.I did test the XUV 500 and found it equally poor in terms of build quality. What else can u buy in this segment.
