D ஒன் with 1950 km on my Kwid AMT

I bought my Kwid RXT AMT in December and got it delivered on Jan after the waiting period. Till now i have driven almost 1950 km all around the city and i am from chennai. Pretty much impressed with the performance so far. I got my first service done too in month of March. The overall City Mileage clocks close to 15 kmpl with AC ON now. AC set to 2 points. I got Decent Cooling. Space inside the car seated 3 medium built people at back with relative ease. Just got my reading done yesterday only. Power Delivery is great , only thing you need to drive it a lot more to understand the inner dynamics. The drive experience will get better after 750 km and after 1000 km it goes on a free spirited run. Again prior to first service you will get a maximum of 12 or 12.5 only with AC ON and after First Service it will go up. This post will not dwell more on features but on how to drive. You need to understand that you need to be light footed on acceleration, you should not dab the accelerator like you do in the manual car the car will not respond because this is not an outright automatic car. When you are driving you will realize the speed getting bottomed up at certain gear level , instead of ramming the accelerator , just release the accelerator for a second and long press again and you will see you get more power to move forward. The head nods for me are the indicator for you. Features wise it is value for money , the extra fittings did not cost me that much. One limitation of the car is the limitation of AMT as whole, overtaking capability , if you are on right speed ~40-45 kmph there are no issues on overtaking just follow the rule above and you will love it, but if you are in somewhere in ~25kmph and want that sudden burst, that will not happen.
