The updated version of Chevrolet Sail sedan is launched in the Indian car market with diesel and petrol engine options. Chevrolet Sail 1.3 Base is its entry level variant. It receives several changes to its exteriors as well as interiors, which gives it a refreshing look. The new exterior aspects include hawk wing styled headlight cluster and a chrome strip on the boot lid . On the other hand, its interiors are redesigned with classy beige and black color scheme, icy blue illumination for instrument cluster and new fabric upholstery for seats. This vehicle can attain a top speed of nearly 160 Kmph and takes around 16 seconds to cross the 100 Kmph speed mark.

Braking and Handling:

This trim has a reliable braking system wherein, disc brakes are fitted to its front wheels and drum brakes are used for the rear ones . The front axle is assembled with a McPherson strut and a torsion beam axle is fitted on the rear one. It has a power assisted steering system helps in convenient handling.

This variant is blessed with a few comfort aspects that offers a pleasurable driving experience to its occupants.
