Never Again With Ford;

Ford Figo - Great product from the factory, utterly disappointing from the service. I own the 2017 Figo titanium petrol which as on now has completed 34000kms. It's a great drivers car and a joy to drive on twisty and corners comes with everything you need from good features to great comfort. For every driver out there just take a test drive with one of their 1.5 liter diesel mills. A great engine indeed, although mine a 1.2 petrol is a pretty mediocre engine but it's silently refined and does triple-digit speeds in no time and that's all you expect from a family hatch. It looks good and I fell in love the moment I saw it in blue. Till date, I have got it serviced in three different dealerships, all of them with big workshops. The general servicing with all of them is good but if any problem arises get ready for a big ride. The first problem came with tyre noise, I tried all three and every time they did was alignment and balancing which never helped finally my Mahindra mechanic confirmed its a tyre defect so better live with it. Good to know the noises are still with me after more than two years. The second problem was with the headlights,they developed cracks just after six months. As guys told you have changed the bulbs to higher-powered ones which I never did, I wrote down to the ford and finally got them changed under warranty. The third one being suspension noise which is still with me and I never bothered to take it to the service. As for now, it's in my garage and pretty soon will be sold out and it's still under warranty which expires in march 2020. Concluding the story my experience with ford was very bad mainly because of the service center people so I would never recommend going for ford at least in my state.
