I think basic things required for a car is the ride quality, space and driveability. From what aspects I can give full rating for my Duster but while looking at the competition in the market it should improve equipment, features of course quality.

It is an ideal vehicle for rough roads with a very smooth engine and performance is excellent. Value for money and very simple to handle, mileage is quite reasonable and even better when you drive at eco mode. Visibility of the road from the driver seat is very clear. The seat is very comfortable both front and rear.

Very poor electrical system, worst service backup, the car goes for servicing and comes with defects which are not covered in the warranty.
