The Hyryder becomes the first SUV to be offered with CNG.

Following the Maruti Baleno CNG, its Toyota equivalent, the Glanza also gets CNG trims.

The Glanza CNG uses a 1.2-litre petrol engine that churns out 77.5PS and 98.5Nm. The unit is mated to a five-speed manual transmission.

Hyryder CNG will use the 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission.

Toyota claims a fuel efficiency of 30.61km/kg for the Glanza CNG and 26.1km/kg for the Hyryder CNG.

Both models offer the CNG option with the mid-spec S and G variants.
