In the world of cars, this week saw a lot of new updates. Kia launched the X-Line variant for another model, and Hyundai stole headlines with its safety updates. Kia Carens Gets X-Line Variants

Honda Launches Two Limited Editions

Honda City & Honda Amaze Special Editions

Earlier this week, Honda City and Honda Amaze got individual limited editions. The City got an Elegance edition and the Amaze got an Elite edition. Both these special editions get minor cosmetic changes and a few feature additions, the details of which you can find here.

First 5 Star Safety Rating For Hyundai India

Hyundai Verna scores five stars in Global NCAP crash tests

Hyundai Verna has joined its rivals, VW Virtus and Skoda Slavia, as a 5-star rated compact sedan by GNCAP and also became the first made-in-India Hyundai model to get this rating. The Verna got 5 stars in both adult and child occupant protection, the details of which are mentioned here. Also, you can see how its safety rating is compared to its rivals. Additionally, Hyundai becomes the first carmaker in India to offer six airbags as standard across the lineup.

Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift Revealed

2023 Tata Harrier & Safari Revealed

The 2023 Tata Harrier and Safari facelift have debuted and their bookings are now open for a token amount of Rs 25,000. Both get new designs and feature additions and are expected to be launched sometime next month.

The Maruti evX concept was showcased at the Auto Expo earlier this year and this week we got our first look inside its cabin. Kia Price Hike

Kia Seltos and Carens prices hiked

Days after launching the Carens X-Line, Kia announced price hikes for the MPV alongside the Seltos. The Carens got a hike of up to Rs 15,000 and the Seltos got up to 30,000. You can check the variant-wise price hikes here.

Skoda Festive Price Cut

Skoda Slavia & Skoda Kushaq

Both the Skoda Slavia and Kushaq got a price cut on their base-spec variant for this festive season. While prices of the higher variants increased for both models, the base-spec models of these cars are now priced at Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom) for a limited time. The carmaker can also add a few more features to these models and the Slavia can soon get a matte edition. 

MG ZS EV Became More Affordable

MG ZS EV

After slashing the prices of Hector and Hector Plus, MG has now reduced the price of the ZS EV by up to Rs 2.30 lakh. Check out the limited-time revised variant-wise pricing here.
