XC40 Car Is Superb But Not The Services
The XC40 car offers a very good driving experience, safety, and styling compared to similar models at the same level, such as the BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA, Audi Q3, and Toyota Fortuner. However, it falls short in terms of sales and after-sales services provided by dealers. There are very few dealers, resulting in a monopoly on services. There is only one dealer serving the entire region of Chandigarh, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh, which is a significant problem. Moreover, the repair and service times are lengthy, and the costs are high. If Volvo improves its after-sales service and increases the number of dealers to break the monopoly, it could be one of the best cars in its segment.
