Kia Seltos 2019-2023 Car Latest Update
Price: The outgoing Kia Seltos is priced from Rs 10.89 lakh to Rs 19.65 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The carmaker will soon release the prices for the Kia Seltos facelift.
Variants: It is available in two broad variants: Tech (HT) Line and GT Line. The former has five broad variants (HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, and HTX+) and the latter has two: GTX(O) and GTX+. Kia also offers a special edition X Line variant based on the GTX trim.
Colours: Kia Seltos is available in seven monotone and three dual-tone shades: Imperial Blue, Sparkling Silver, Gravity Grey, Aurora Black Pearl, Intense Red, Glacier White Pearl, Clear White, Gravity Grey with Aurora Black Pearl roof, Intense Red with Aurora Black Pearl roof, Glacier White Pearl with Aurora Black Pearl roof and Xclusive Matte Graphite.
Boot Space: It offers a boot space of 433 litres.
Seating Capacity: Kia Seltos is a 5-seater compact SUV.
Engine and Transmission: It comes with two engine options: a 1.5-litre petrol engine (115PS/144Nm) and a 1.5-litre diesel unit (115PS/250Nm).
Here are the transmission options available:

1.5-litre petrol: 6-speed manual and a CVT gearbox.

1.5-litre diesel: 6-speed iMT and 6-speed automatic transmission.
Kia claims 16.5kmpl for the petrol-manual models and 16.8kmpl for the petrol-CVT models. The diesel AT returns 18kmpl.
Features: Kia’s outgoing compact SUV features a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car technology, air purifier, ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, a power-adjustable driver seat, and an 8-speaker Bose sound system. It also gets an 8-inch heads-up display, smartwatch connectivity, a sunroof and remote-engine start.
Safety: The safety is taken care of by six airbags, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), electronic stability control (ESC), vehicle stability management (VSM), hill assist, brake assist and ABS with EBD.
Rivals: Kia Seltos directly rivals the Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, Hyundai Creta, Honda Elevate, Toyota Hyryder, Maruti Grand Vitara, Volkswagen Taigun and Citroen C3 Aircross. If you’re looking for a rugged alternative, you can check out the Mahindra Scorpio Classic.
