The Maruti Invicto recently went on sale as the carmaker’s flagship model. The premium MPV is a rebadged version of the Toyota Innova Hycross and retails from Rs 24.79 lakh to Rs 28.42 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Invicto has already started reaching dealerships for the buyers to experience it. If you’re interested in going for the entry-level Zeta+ variant, here’s how it looks inside and out.

Interestingly, the Invicto Zeta+ looks largely the same as the top-spec Alpha+ variant with very minor differences. Up front, it sports the wide Nexa grille with chrome finishes all around. You also get full LED headlamps and sleek LED turn indicators mounted on the bumper.

Both the differences can be seen on the side profile. The Zeta+ gets body-coloured door handles, which is chrome detailed on the Alpha+. Even the cladding gets the body colour, which is black painted on the top end. The 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels are standard for both variants.

At the back, you can spot the Nexa-styled LED tail light design, a roof spoiler, a chrome bar connecting the tail lamps, and the ‘Hybrid’ badging. Even the rear profile doesn’t get any differences when compared to the Alpha+ trim.

Moving inside the cabin, the layout is identical to the Alpha+ variant. It gets an all-black interior with champagne gold accents and soft touch finishing on the dashboard. However, the Zeta+ variant gets a smaller 8-inch touchscreen system, instead of the bigger 10-inch unit.

In terms of features, the Invicto Zeta+ gets tilt and telescopic steering adjust, paddle shifters, cruise control, keyless entry, and push button start stop. Dual-zone AC is exclusive for the top-end variant but you get the convenience of automatic AC. Features like panoramic sunroof, leatherette seat upholstery, electrically adjustable driver’s seat with memory setting, and ventilated front seats are limited to the Alpha+ variant,

Safety is taken care of by six airbags, electronic parking brake with auto-hold function, electronic stability assist, and a rear parking camera. Bits like a 360-degree camera and front and rear parking sensors are available only with the top-spec variant.
