I have purchased a Volkswagen Vento car from Viraj Automobiles Noida one year back. To my surprise I came to know that they do not provide any free servicing for Volkswagen cars! This is cheating the customers! At the time of selling the cars the sales persons will not tell this to customers. All folks who are cost concious SHOULD AVOID BUYING THIS CAR. There are other good car models available in India which provide many facilities at a cheaper rate for their cars. PLS THINK T

In span of 25 days of delivery, car taken twice to workshop.1st..for occasional sharp sound from engine(their service advisor also heard it).It was checked and all ok given. The loose front bumper also fixed on 14/10.However on 15/10,whilst on the road, sudden collapse of ac/window functions/rear sensors etc.Fortunately engine did not collapse so drove to workshop.Said woud check reason and inform me on 17th.WHAT NEW CAR?Pricey but No reliability.Pathetic atitude of Tornado dealers and Volkswagen .
I was to decide between City and Vento, I drove City and pretty much was convinced, but thought of giving Vento a try. Called up Noida showroom, nobody picks up phone, then after trying for couple of times, executive picks up phone notes down my number and nobody calls back, seems they are pretty satisifed with sales targets. Finally I had to call up sales head, he showed moderate interest offering discount which he himself wasnt sure of and kept on reducing that on subsequent discussions over p
Quality of manufacturing in India is poor and dangerous: I purchased volkswagen Vento Highline petrol car ( WVWD11607BT054232, CLS 069007, 65751) which was delivered to me on 25th May 2011 from Frontier Autoword Gurgaon. On my first trial of the car itself I noticed a problem with gear shift, problem disappeared after sales person asked me to restart the car so I didn’t bother much and thought it could be because of new geras. However during few days of driving I realized

Look and Style : Very good but next to Honda City Comfort : The feature. Most comfortable car of segment. Very comfortable that`s why I have it. Climate control AC with rear vents. Pickup : Great Mileage : Ok Best Features : Climate contorl AC with rear vents Overall Experience : Great.
Look and Style- Looks are smart , Finishing i solid from inside out. Some neat features are Security sensors, Reverse Sensors are slick if you buy them as extras Comfort- Seating & Seat adjustments are perfect. Am migrating from a Honda City ZXi to the Vento- These seats are perfect & if you buy the leather covers (totally worth the 20K) will make it the most comfortable seating. Add to that the lever to adjust the front seat from behind. Ground clearance much better than Honda.&n
It's been 3 months since I booked my Vento HL Petrol and the dealer just told me that it will take another 3 months. Mind you! VW never calls you because they simply don't care for you. This is expected because VW customer care guys themselves never care. When I booked VW Vento Petrol, they (VW Downtown, Magrath Road, Bangalore - Elite Motors Pvt Ltd) told me the waiting period will be little less than 3 months. But they never (or refuse to) write anything in the application form to indicate the
Got a Vento Highline Petrol in Bangalore last month. My previous car was a Honda City. So most of the comparisons are with the City. A lot of people advised me that the Vento would not be an upgrade from the City. But my HC was the older 77BHP iDSI version and also base model, so the Vento Highline is definitely an upgrade ! For one thing it is loaded with features, ABS, Airbags, Climate Control, Alloy Wheels, Remote Locking anti-theft alarm, fog lamps, the works. Ride is a lot more solid than t
Look and Style Volkswagen Vento which is means 'wind' a stylish looking car just like all Volkswagen cars are. True to its name, Volkswagen Vento runs on the road like a wind, zooming past by, even before you know it. The fronterior of the Vento resembles Volkswagen Polo to some extent and it is only after I saw the side and rear that I found out it was its sibling Vento. The lines are pretty neat and classy. Vento definitely gets second looks everywhere I take it. Standing next to this car mak
Look and Style is quite good. I have got used to people oogling (too strong a word) at me. Comfort: The climatronic A/C is very good. Cools (not chills) uniformly. Although a bit noisy above blower speeds above 3. Suspensions are superb. Comfortable even on recently dug-up & filled up roads ( I think most Indians know I am trying to say). Strangely though, I have sometimes experienced a big ‘thud’ on relative small pot-holes. One probable reason could be suspension's bot
