January 15, 2014: Volkswagen India has launched a new variant, the beefed up version of hatchback, the Cross Polo . Powering this latest trim is the same 1.2-litre petrol mill that pumps out 74bhp and 110Nm. This company has priced the crossover at INR 6.94 lacs (ex-showroom Mumbai) and its bookings are open from today. This model series competes against the likes of Toyota Etios Cross, Fiat Avventura and soon-to-be launched Hyundai Elite i20 Cross.
