Look and Style: The Alto 800 is unique in its style as we all know. Over & above it is black in colour which adds a beauty to its looks. Comfort: The car is comfortable for even 5 passengers all the time. Mileage: It gives about 12-13 km/l for petrol and around 18-20km/kg in CNG. The mileage is written considering the traffic of Ahmedabad and with AC continuously on. Best Features: The car has AC, heater, power steering and power brake which according to my point of view are the unique fe
This car was / is a true friend for any middle-class family. It all started in a concert hall where late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi launched Maruti 800 on December 14, 1983. From then till now, no car is even close to its market clench statistics. It has all a car could have reasonable looks, best in class mileage, performance, unbeatable price and sufficient boot space and lots of practicality inside and outside of the car. Take my words, it won't ask for maintenance, it never asks me. On
Look and Style: Good, but not great. Comfort: Acceptable. Pickup: Good without AC. Mileage: Great on highways as well as in city roads. Best Features: Mileage is best, more improved from the old Alto. Needs to improve: Styling. Overall Experience: It is a nice car with good mileage and low maintenance cost. First-time car owners can buy this without any second thought. But if you are going for CNG, check the filling stations available in your city. In Hyderabad, it is very
Dear All, Recently I bought my 1st car Maruti Alto 800 Lxi CNG version which comes with Company fitted CNG Kit. After driving for 7471 km in 4.5 months I encountered a problem of CNG leakage from CNG Bottle or Three-way valve (Maruti people used to call as a multi-way valve). I suddenly switched off the regulator of that valve and brought that car by driving on petrol to the dealer. I complained to them and showed the leakage to them. The 1st response from their side was it will take time.
Look and Style: Good Comfort: Poor Pickup: Poor Mileage: Good Best Features: Mileage only Overall Experience: The car is good but the level of service given by Maruti dealers is very poor. Maruti should look after it.
maruti is out of date.dealers will give u false info about the availability of CNG,you need to wait for hours in between autos for gas. the only thing this micro machine gives is a good mileage. the cabin has ZERO sound insulation, even the conversation of inside people can be heard clearly. engine makes much noise at higher speeds.i have done around 145 KMPH at the top. the steering looses it weight gradually while increasing speed. pick up is worst with 4 people and AC on. in summers it takes a
The Alto is the straight successor to its elder sibling and an all time favorite car of the Indian subcontinent the Maruthi 800 and has been given various added feature updates and facelift. At the first sight when my Father gave me this little buggy I was slightly pissed off because of its size. But once I started traveling with it all day for my downtown duties, it proved to be a real friend at the time of need. The size of the car has been simply designed to be the sweet spot for a car in
When I thought of buying a car, I was advised by my friends that Alto 800 will be the ideal option. I must say that I have been driving my Alto 800 for two years now, and the car did not give me any trouble ever. The diminutive size of my car makes it easy to conveniently park it anywhere in the busy areas of my metropolitan city. Maruti's Alto has always been a choice for people who want a small budget car. Though, the company has not worked too much on the exteriors but I liked the refre

I have owned my first car Alto 800 LXI CNG in 2013 from the largest car manufacturing company in India. The car is amazing with its performance of 30 KMPL on highway and 22 KMPL in cities. If we talk about its low cost easy to reach maintenance across country. Its Average Looks,Average Performance,Average Interiors,Average Fuel Efficiency,CongestedUncomfortable
No doubt that Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 is far better than small hatch back cars to take for long journey. Everywhere and everyplace people love this car because of this features and size. It is available in both the variants in petrol as well as CNG. Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 gives a very good average in city as well as on highway. Its highway mileage is approx 26 km per litre and in city is above 18 km per litre. Its seating capacity is five. Its a hatchback segment car. Its look good from side and
I have recently purchased a Maruti Alto 800 Lxi CNG for my wife. She drives this car daily to her office about 28 km from home. the driving pleasure is excellent. Seats are comfortable even though they are little small in size.Easy to control. the power steering is too good. Air conditioning is far better than its rivals in the same category. more leg room in the cabin. even a person like me with height of 6 ft can comfortably sit on the rear seat. The running cost on CNG is mere 1.40 rs per
