I always wanted a rear-wheel drive jeep with a 4x4 option. After looking at the available products int he market, I zeroed on to the Mahindra Thar. This meant compromising with my requirements but was worth it. Just when I was about to make a buying decision, Mahindra came out with the TUV100 and almost fulfilled my expectations, except for the 4x4 feature which I had to compromise with. Though the TUV100 is not a very well powered vehicle but it still manages to deliver a comfortable drive in
Hi I am TUV300 T8 owner from New Delhi, i have bought the car within a month from launch date, until today i have drove 8000 + km. my honest for this car is awesome, i have drove in dessert, hills & on snow as well and believe me it provides you comfort, ease of mind, economy, power, space and full touch of technology. these many features you will not get in a suv under 10 lakhs. it can easily accommodate 5 adults and 2 kids upto 12 years of age comfortably. plus it has a look which always a
Look and Style: Its looks are really fantastic and that is the reason I purchased it, I should say it is very stylish. Comfort: The seats are comfortable and you don't feel tired. Pickup: Good pickup. Mileage: Average is around 11-12 kmpl. Best Features: Yet to be discovered. Needs to improve: The quality of the vehicle. Overall Experience: It has started giving problems within 1000 km of the drive. I was travelling on the highway and its AC stopped working and engine's temp has sh
Look and Style: Looks are ok. Comfort: The TUV 300 is comfortable to drive. The seating comfort is good as well. Pickup: Pickup is fine for the power under the hood. But a lot of noise is there in the cabin once you step on the pedal. Mileage: It gives me around 16 kmpl which is descent. Best Features: Cabin space is ample with good driving comfort on bumpy or patchy roads. You will not experience fatigue on long distance drives. Needs to improve: Engine noise needs to be worked on. Overall

Key features like Muscular Look, Cabin Space, Drivability and most amazing is Mahindra trust for its diesel engine and after sales support. Look and Style: Great looks matching international styling Range Rover. Test drove it today and believe me far better than EcoSport. Comfort: Comfortable seating, ample height, the middle row could have been better but would do for a sub 4m SUV. Compactness is the key. Pickup: EXCELLENT. Could not drive past 80 km due to test driving on city road but engine guzzled power as soon as I pressed the pedal. Mileage: Company claimed 20 kmpl but will have to actually check it. It should ideally give
Look and Style: Yes, it indeed looks like a box but that's the military look - it gives the vehicle the rugged and strong look. But it's not that bad a look. Making it curvy would have defeated the purpose of a SUV. Did a small test drive and found the seating to be comfortable. With the arm rest positioned correctly, the gear shifting was easy. But the gear itself seemed a bit tight but I cannot judge it at the moment because it was fairly a very small test drive. Pickup: It was quick
Seeing Maruti and its whole range of models, i felt like buying a car which not many have. Initial plan was to buy a swift, but i felt I wanted to buy a car instead. Started test drives for bunch of models none impressed me. Then came the TUV, right from the design to the size to the looks every thing was suiting me, above all the price range, one of the best Utility vehicles in India at that particular price range, below are some of the take away's. Price Range For sure this comes with m
Look and Style: Hummer look & Battle Tank design. Great Job Mahindra! Comfort: Front Seat: little uncomfortable with Clutch as the height could have been at a lower. Very uncomfortable with knee bending on the long drive. Middle Seat: Good space and leg room. Jumper Seat: Not comfortable at all, as the reclining angle should be little more. Also, an addition of seat belt may be considered. Pickup: Awesome pickup with 'ESS' mode. Mileage: With 'Eco' mode mileage is expecte
Look and Style: Perfect, all other SUVs like Duster, Ecosport, Yeti, Xylo, Quanto, Safari look smaller when you are inside TUV. The only car which is at similar height is Fortuner. Everyone looks at my car when I drive beside them. Comfort: Comfort is awesome in front and middle row, but last space is just for an average build for adults, but it's Manageable as in 9.5 Lac with this much features. Next is Scorpio 8 which will cost you around 14 Lac with these features but more space on the b
I was very excited for the launch of TUV300. Even I did the pre-launch booking of the TUV 300 T8 manual on 6th Sep'15 at Koncept Mahindra Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. I got the delivery on 16th Sep'15 but, unfortunately from the very first day I observed an annoying noise from the Engine at low RPMs but I ignored considering that I will get it check on the first service. But, got the shock of my life on 18th Sep when in the evening at my home (in Bhiwadi) I tried to start the vehicle
Look and Style: Good, it seems that the design of the front side has been stolen from the Cherokee jeep. Comfort: Comfort is just like a public bus, nothing more than that. Pickup: After 1 year, this car got down from its original pickup because the same engine is present in Quanto. It doesn't carry an effective engine. Mileage: Ok, it gives me the mileage around 12km/l. Best Features: The front grille looks impressive. Needs to improve: Engine quality needs an improvement. Also, the en
Look and Style: Perfect car for anyone who is looking for a compact SUV...great for the city as well as off road drive. Comfort: Comfort level is very good while driving you are in total control. Pickup: Great pickup in the city. Mileage: It's too early to say about the mileage, but looks like it gives 16 kmpl in the city with Ac ON. Best Features: Side lamps, voice command, space in the first & second row. Highly comfortable. Needs to improve: ...still thinking coz there is nothing
Do not buy Mahindra TUV 300. It has major clutch problem and it keeps recurring once in 3 months. It wears out quickly, burning smell and warranty is not covered. In the past eight months, it already got worn out 2 times for me. Customer service is also very pathetic. I regret that I bought TUV 300 car and I also regret that I bought it from Mahindra. Big mistake and paying for it now !!!
Allready driven 32000 KM. Cant unerstand why people compare this Real SUV with puppies and tommies on road.Never dissappointed me. Perfectly suited with good as well bad roads. Only concern is rare ac vents.
