Look and Style: Looks are ok. Comfort: The TUV 300 is comfortable to drive. The seating comfort is good as well. Pickup: Pickup is fine for the power under the hood. But a lot of noise is there in the cabin once you step on the pedal. Mileage: It gives me around 16 kmpl which is descent. Best Features: Cabin space is ample with good driving comfort on bumpy or patchy roads. You will not experience fatigue on long distance drives. Needs to improve: Engine noise needs to be worked on. Overall
In brief do not buy Mahindra TUV300 T8 AMT because1) From day one this car is having major problem: slow pickup sometimes followed by a jerk or sudden clutch release in slow traffic movement. 2) After sales service is pathetic: I have send 10 times this car to service center to rectify the problem but there is no solution till date. 3) Front right seat belt is faulty: till date no solution even after replacing twice. 4) It's totally big mistake as per the car performance and after
I will keep this brief.Do not buy this car because: 1) There are 5 - 6 pre existing issues (recalls) in the 84BHP variant 2) Engine is underpowered 3) Bouncy bumpy uncomfortable unstable ride 4) After sales service is pathetic 5) Fuel economy : 10 km/litre 6) Noisy engine 7) Loud cranky knocking noises from gear & suspensions 8) Very hard clutch 9) ABS/ EBD is faulty 10) Water seeps into the driver area and rusts car body
Do not buy Mahindra TUV 300. It has major clutch problem and it keeps recurring once in 3 months. It wears out quickly, burning smell and warranty is not covered. In the past right months, it already got worn out 2 times for me. Customer service is also very pathetic. I regret that I bought TUV 300 car and I also regret that I bought it from Mahindra. Big mistake and paying for it now !!!
Have owned the vehicle for 7 Months and driven 17000 Kms. GOOD POINTS: 1. Amazing Space 2. Proper SUV Feeling for the driver 3. Good Ground Clearance 4. Better option for the price range as only Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Tata Zest and Volkswagen Ameo offer diesel automatic in this range and both are half the size and capabilities as compared to TUV300. 5. 3rd row can be used for short distances BAD POINTS: 1. AMT problem (described in details below) 2. Body Roll 3. Bad music system 4.
This is with reference to the Vehicle namely TUV 300 T8 silver color purchased from Harbir Automobiles in the month of August. It would not be out of place to mention here that the vehicle started creating major problems which concern directly with the Engine Assembly immediately after it was purchased and the said problem remains unsolved to this date. Although it was assured by the team from Mahindra as well as the officials of Harbir Automobiles that the car will be replaced as it is facing a
The vehicle is totally underpowered. only the looks are pleasing. I could get only 8kms per liter of diesel despite having run more than 2000 kms by now. the DTE meter shows false readings. if u ply 1 km, DTE shall show that you have done 3kms. Better buy a patrol car rather than this vehicle. Mahindra has not been able to listen to our voices. I had number of times approached the dealer with these complaints, however, no one listens there to the customer cries. Gear box is noisy after the vehic
Recently i used to buy mHAWK100 T8 AMT and i had very poor performance while hills driving and poor pick up and limited service station. Also very hard steering and tire pressure getting vary everyday. When i checked with service station in Trichy, saying that steering tight will be same for this model and not returning back from turning left either right. Also they recommended to go AT or MT and AMT will have these issues. I believe that this will not be the solution. Totally i feel this model
As initial buyers we need to live with problems like - Slow pickup, Very under powered, Difficult to drive in congested areas, Jerks while shifting gears in AMT mode, Heaviness in morning time. After taking inputs of our issues, instead of resolving it for us, Mahindra making changes and launching new version without resolving our existing issues. This is the first of its kind customer service benchmark they are setting. Hats off to MAHINDRA!!! Mahindra launched a car without doing proper t
Looks & Style: TUV looks tough, proper SUV looks, so far unlike any Mahindra vehicle. you can customize it to the hilt and company too has come up with armor kits. Comfort: Driver and passenger seats are spacious and comfortable, you do not feel tired even after a long drive. The lumbar support for the driver is a good feature. Second-row seat is pathetic, no under thigh support, no recliner, no cushion, its straight from a bus. Last row seating is good only for children and strictly for the
Look and Style: Its looks are really fantastic and that is the reason I purchased it, I should say it is very stylish. Comfort: The seats are comfortable and you don't feel tired. Pickup: Good pickup. Mileage: Average is around 11-12 kmpl. Best Features: Yet to be discovered. Needs to improve: The quality of the vehicle. Overall Experience: It has started giving problems within 1000 km of the drive. I was travelling on the highway and its AC stopped working and engine's temp has shot up.
I was very excited for the launch of TUV300. Even I did the pre-launch booking of the TUV 300 T8 manual on 6th Sep'15 at Koncept Mahindra Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. I got the delivery on 16th Sep'15 but, unfortunately from the very first day I observed an annoying noise from the Engine at low RPMs but I ignored considering that I will get it check on the first service. But, got the shock of my life on 18th Sep when in the evening at my home (in Bhiwadi) I tried to start the vehicle
Look and Style: Good, it seems that the design of the front side has been stolen from the Cherokee jeep. Comfort: Comfort is just like a public bus, nothing more than that. Pickup: After 1 year, this car got down from its original pickup because the same engine is present in Quanto. It doesn't carry an effective engine. Mileage: Ok, it gives me the mileage around 12km/l. Best Features: The front grille looks impressive. Needs to improve: Engine quality needs an improvement. Also, the engine
Look and Style: Looks are zero. Comfort: Comfort is zero. Pickup: Pickup is zero Mileage: Null Best Features: All are worst, nothing is best. Needs to improve: It needs a complete change. Overall Experience I have purchased TUV 3oo on the date 11.09.2015. It's AC was not operating, there was some fault in the knobs. The dealer has wasted my full day to replace it on the date 12.09.2015. Next Morning on 13.09.2015 I have to for Delhi for some work, but I found that TUV-3oo Clutch was failed a
