I recently bought the Mahindra KUV100 after much deliberation between the jazz and the baleno as other options. I must be very honest when i say that i opted for the car predominantly for its lesser waiting time. That apart, the car itself was an amazingly pleasant surprise. It is a mini beast with the mFalcon diesel engine which gives the upwardly mobile urban class the SUV experience while also keeping in mind the space crunch of the city. The upright seating, the amazing and brutish front cou
Mahindra KUV100 (PETROL) (TOP END) is a box full of garbage and disappointment covered and packed nicely in a beautiful dominating and misleading look !. I buy a new car almost every year and never been so disappointed. This purchase of mine seems like my worst mistake and gives me nightmares. Every time is sit in this car, i regret buying it. But bad luck, i am stuck with this car and have lost my money. Let me get to why this is so horrible ! I already own an XUV 500 and have experienced poor
I bought a KUV100 K8 Variant for my wife. I have been driving the Mahindra Scorpio for the past 5 years and I thought they were all built tough. When I first drove the KUV, it felt good but now, I hate it. My wife keeps complaining about the car that it is not good to control. Also, the noise inside the car is high, which is bad. At high speeds, the car makes a lot of noise and vibrates a lot too. The Scorpio is made tough but yesterday a scooter hit my KUV and the entire door got damaged. The
After 1 month of driving the KUV K8(Petrol), this is my review. Pros: 1) The outer design is good and the vehicle looks muscular. 2) Micro Hybrid and crash sensors work great in the city and on the highways. 3) The music system is nice. 4) The ride is comfortable on the bumpy roads as shocks are well absorbed by hydraulic shock absorbers. Cons: 1) The car is not that strong as I thought of a car from Mahindra family would be. Bonnet steel is soft and fingers can be easily embossed
I am feeling cheated and betrayed by Mahindra. I purchased the Mahindra KUV100 K8 Diesel on 2/4/2016. Many of my friends told that I am making a terrible mistake by choosing Mahindra KUV100 over the Maruti Suzuki Dzire. But I ignored their suggestions, although, among my buddies, two of my friends are owing Mahindra cars. I thought that if the company is claiming 25.32 kmpl at least, I will get 20 to 21 kmpl on the highway and 19 to 20 kmpl in city driving conditions. From the 3rd day after I pu
I bought the KUV 100 K8 Petrol almost a month back. While Mahindra claims a fuel efficiency of over 18.5 kmpl, I am getting a fuel efficiency of only 6-8 kmpl. I spoke to other buyers of petrol KUV 100 and everyone is suffering from this low mileage problem. It is fraud on the part of Mahindra to claim wrong mileage figures for its petrol car. Please do proper research before buying this car and if a decent mileage is a pre-requisite, please do not buy this car.
My Name is Prasad I am from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. When I decided to buy a new car I was thinking about KWID ( as it was launched at that time, Nov 2015) so I booked even though I was not fully satisfied, then even after said delivery time ( 2 months ) i.e. mid-January 2016 dealer called me and said that it will take more time. Even in March 2016 he said the same thing. At that time I saw KUV 100 advertisement, and my mind change immediately and I cancel myKWID booking same day ( in April).
Overall the Mahindra KUV is an excellent car with intelligent features placed at right convenience to the customer. I never imagined/thought three people could sit in front row. Thanks to Mahindra R&D Intelligence, now five-seater becomes six-seater with no glitch. It feels proud to know that an Indian manufacturer has done this.
Iam the owner of kuv 1oo petrol version. Bought it on july of this year. I almost drove to more than 4000 kms. I must say its a head turner car on the road. Front appearenc is suprb but sides views is somwhat feels awkward. Driving controlling accelerating gear lever shifting clutchin braking repping is nice from ma xperinc but may b iam wrong by others since this s d 1st vehicl i drive for this long but one thing i must say from my rookie drivin xperinc is ma vehicl MILEAGE IS SHIT. Till now m
The KUV100 looks bold and imposing by hatchback standards. The Mahindra looks like it has more meat on its bones compared to its leaner, sportier-looking rivals – the Maruti Swift and the Hyundai Grand i10. There’s a lot to take in up front – from the SUV-inspired contoured bonnet and dual coloured bumper which gives the Mahindra a strong jawline, to the swept-back headlamps with tiny LED DRLs (available in the top two trims) and those claw marks either side of the Mahindra logo on the tiny gril
This car is really good for beginners. Its cost effective aswell. I have been driving it for the past 6 months and I found no fault. The six seater seems more convenient than the five seater. Though the middle seat in front row cannot be comfortable for adults, it maximizes the space available for co-passenger. There is no backside AC vent. But, the AC is quite powerful and cools the car cabin in 4 to 5 mins. The K8 + model will be the best if your budget is around 6-7 Lakhs. The K6 model als
first of all i will say this car is worth buying for an 4 member family. 1st thing is the design the front view is like cheetah style and also gives bold styling view 2nd the interior is premium. the black piano dashboard looks dashing.the steering wheel is with nice look and color is premium and the gear box is at the dashboard which really new for us and also quiet looks good. 3rd is the cabinet space is nice as its an 6 seater car (5 member + 1 driver). 4th is the performance which
