After 1 month of driving the KUV K8(Petrol), this is my review. I bought the KUV 100 K8 Petrol almost a month back. While Mahindra claims a fuel efficiency of over 18.5 kmpl, I am getting a fuel efficiency of only 6-8 kmpl. I spoke to other buyers of petrol KUV 100 and everyone is suffering from this low mileage problem. It is fraud on the part of Mahindra to claim wrong mileage figures for its petrol car. Please do proper research before buying this car and if a decent mileage is a pre-requisite, please do not buy this car.

When I decided to buy a new car I was thinking about KWID ( as it was launched at that time, Nov 2015) so I booked even though I was not fully satisfied, then even after said delivery time ( 2 months ) i.e. mid-January 2016 dealer called me and said that it will take more time. Even in March 2016 he said the same thing. At that time I saw KUV 100 advertisement, and my mind change immediately and I cancel myKWID booking same day ( in April).
Overall the Mahindra KUV is an excellent car with intelligent features placed at right convenience to the customer. I never imagined/thought three people could sit in front row. Thanks to Mahindra R&D Intelligence, now five-seater becomes six-seater with no glitch. It feels proud to know that an Indian manufacturer has done this.
I have brought my KUV100 K8 petrol model in January 2016. Its design is very stylish. Interiors are very impressive. Especially, front 3 seats are too good.
