I had been waiting for the Ford EcoSport since a while. Now the wait has finally ended with the arrival of the all-new Ford EcoSport. It's amazing looks caught my attention in the first impressions and its extreme engine specifications made me wait longer. I was one of those lucky persons who had an opportunity to have a test drive of the 1.0-litre EcoBoost engine. I thought that the performance would average but beyond all my expectations, the all new Ford EcoSport 1.0 Ecoboost went on to

I bought my EcoSport (1.5 Petrol MT) on 7th Aug 2015. Quite happy with the vehicle but it has the following downsides: 1. City Mileage is only 10.5 kmpl as against the advertised 17 Kmpl. However, it is still in running and I am hoping this will improve. 2. Boot space though OK but I am unable to keep my golf set in the boot. I was able to do this comfortably in my Swift and Swift Dzire. 3. Cooling only kicks in when the temperature is set to 22 degrees. In my earlier car - Dzire, I would fee
I haven't gone out with a pen and paper, but even with my small social circle, I can tell you a lot of people have been delaying their car purchase just till the Ford EcoSport comes along. And I finally got to trundle along in the car in Goa's lazy and thick traffic. First impressions? It is dynamically sound on the road and a way better handler than the Safari or the Scorpio. It rides well too. But it doesn't have that driver involvement you expect from a Ford. The electric steer

Ford has subtly updated the EcoSport on the whole, but it is the front profile that seems to have gone under the knife the most. The front fascia now features a chunkier chrome grille – a design element that’s in line with the other SUVs by the Blue Oval, such as the Edge. A dab on the throttle gets it moving quite nicely, and when driven like this, it is quite adept at mixing it with other traffic. Ask for a bit more acceleration however and the engine’s lack of oomph in the mid-range c
I purchased Mars Red Colour Ford Ecosport Titanium in August and drove more than 4000 kms till now. The SUV is amazing in its looks and also easy to handle the steering and manouevring in the city trafiic. The interiors are full leather and are good looking. The dash board is awesome with the sync technology which enables to take calls on the move without touching the mobile. The call buttons are mounted well on the steering and are easy to use. The mileage is also good. Getting 16 Kms per li
