very poor after sales service
I bought a vento from Palace Cross Bangalore in Feburary 2012. It has been a horrible experience in terms of after sales service.Once it wouldnt start after being driven for 15 kms and the service people who attended the call couldnot figure out what had happened and wanted it towed to the works,but a passingby taxi driver rectified it within minutes. You need to book 35 days in advance for a 1st service and it takes more than 24 hrs the same.Never heard of such mismanagement-They have to learn from Maruti about the standards of after sales service-at least I was very very comfortable with them. I would never suggest anyone to go in for a Volkswagen that too specially from Bangalore Palace cross.
