I was to decide between City and Vento, I drove City and pretty much was convinced, but thought of giving Vento a try. Called up Noida showroom, nobody picks up phone, then after trying for couple of times, executive picks up phone notes down my number and nobody calls back, seems they are pretty satisifed with sales targets. Finally I had to call up sales head, he showed moderate interest offering discount which he himself wasnt sure of and kept on reducing that on subsequent discussions over phone, but agreed to provide test-drive next day, which didnt happen. phew..... Honda was my original choice and is current choice now. would love to opt for german engineering some other day when they will start considering consumers interest and would feel an urge to sell. Honda has been in the market for more than a decade and has been a leader, I would currently stick to that and would buy City VMT shortly, I should thanks VW sales guys to rescue me from confusion that I had initially :)
