This is the third time this problem has occurred. The earlier letter of grievance has been attached for further reference. The problem was solved earlier by displacement of fuel pump by the dealer. However, not even two months later, this problem has occurred again. As per discussion with the service team of the dealer, the problem seems to be with the usage of diesel fuel from the state-owned NRL petrol pump. However, we would like to bring to your notice that the same oil is been used for cars of Hyundai and Maruti make for several years, and we have never faced such problem before. We would also like to highlight that for repairing of this starting problem, we have been levied and paid a bill amount of Rs. 6303/- as per invoice no. 1201/SM/2011 on the cost of fuel pump. Besides the fact that the problem lies with the car, Henceforth, with great amount of regret, we would like to convey our dissatisfaction with the car, which we believe has manufacturing defects. It has already caused a great deal of inconvenience and this “starting-problem” seems to be a known problem with other Volkswagen cars as well, as per online threads on the internet
