A hatch in every sense of the word, Looks on the exterior are as sporty as it gets, yet there is a sense of simplicity the way it glances back you. The interior for some could be cramping, but does match with "pocket size dynamo" like humans. The quality of material is impeccable and exudes just the right feel & ambience. Now the most important bit, The drive, the model i drive is 1.5TDi, and its punchy, smooth(actually smoothest in the segment) and thanks to optimum ground clearance and suspension, the grip while tucking in corners or driving in higher speed brackets is quite unbelievable. The robust handling and sturdy body add to the fun. Power if and when needed is delivered on demand. The performance of the car can match the drivers sensibility, And the expectations. This is a perfect car for a small family of 3, maybe 4, certainly not 5.( slightly cramped when seating 5). This is definitely VW's best offering in India. And the best hatch available in India.(simply for the sake of Driving)
