Service need to Improve. Best Hatchback in India

I own a Volkswagen Polo Trendline 1.2 Petrol Since 2012 & I just loved the Drive quality, Durability on a highway. It's a fantastic car in its segment & nobody even close to it. The only thing I don't like is the service center, especially in Delhi NCR. They are cheated every car service as much as they can. They do not follow the company's recommended part change schedule only to gain money. The 2nd thing is mileage which I don't like, but still, I am happy with the ride quality of the car. Parts are expensive, but We get quality as well & long lasting. I have done three serving in the last 5 years & its performing as expected. 53000 km completed, 2 tyre changed, 1 battery change. Rest all parts do their job. Periodically menteance parts like air filter oil filters etc changed during service. Volkswagen need to improve its service and service cost in India to increase sell volume. Or else people like me will go for another brand for my next car. Not Maruti or Hyundai for sure :)
