hostile VOLKSWAGEN

Hospitaly????? actually hostility provided by the dealer i have bought a volkswagen yesterday. but when i went there to take the car , my dream of owing a car suffered a great setback. when i checked the papers of the car , i found a great discrepency, the engine number & chasis number of the insurence receipt and the invoice was not matching. when i told this to the showroom staff, he said that it was not his job to check this & was very rude. As a customer, i got very nervous & worried by seeing this discepency, as the numbers were totally different. So, i requested the showroom staff to keep the car, but instead of helping me, they straightforwardly refused & said that as u have signed the gatepass ( the paper which they have first get signed by me on entering the showroom). they said that you have to take the vehicle out of the showroom , otherwise we will keep this on road. once gatepass is signed , the vehicle is not dealer''s liability. i asked him to keep it for just 1 day, untill my insurence problem is solved, as it is impossible to run a vehicle without insurence, but they refused....     so my dream of owning a car suffered a great setback...............   i do not know what will be the post-sales service....... now , i m getting into reality why my friends & my relatives advised me not to buy cars other than maruti or hyundai, as the newer ones may look beautiful from outside, but inside they are rotten. the people will behave very well before you buy the car, but once you have bought the car, it will became your liability. Probably thats why volkswagen has a very low resale value, as with this kind of aftersales service , nobody will be eager to buy an old volkswagen.
