This car is a beauty - just the right size, very comfortable to sit in and to drive and gives you a feeling of safety & security which is unsurpassed in cars of this category. The car handles wonderfully, has a good suspension and is very stable at all speeds. It also has a tight turning radius which together with the very effective power steering helps to get in and out of tight spaces with ease. The rear AC vents ensure that the car is comfortable to be driven in also. The arm rest in front, coupled with the adjustable steering and the dead pedal puts the driver in a very comfortable position for long drives. Driver seat is also height adjustable to acquire the most comfortable driving position. With the easy to operate Cruise Control, one could not ask for more! The rain sensing wipers are very effective and automatically adjust to the rain intensity without the driver having to toggle the lever between intermittent, slow and fast wipes. The rear defogger ensures full time visibility in all kinds of weather. Rear camera, sensors and the reverse assist are very useful in our driving and parking conditions. The car has a very good inbuilt infotainment system and the blue tooth controls which make communicating very easy. The cooled glove box and spaces provided for holding cups and bottle are very conveniently placed to make the drive more pleasurable. The small pocket in the glove box to hold documents and cards is very innovative indeed. The car has been offered with beautiful colours and I for one had a difficult time choosing between the Silk Blue and the Carbon Steel Grey which I finally took. The car has a sporty sound. I personally, would have preferred a quieter engine. Not that it is too much of a bother even presently. Also, I notice the spare wheel is a tad smaller than the four alloys that have come with it. This was a disappointment. The foldable rear seat is an asset, though I wish, the seat could be folded over again to leave a flat extended boot. Lastly, I wish the supply of accessories had kept pace with delivery of the car. I this case, VW is still getting over its Registration hiccups with regional transport authorities. That has been a disappointment. All said and done, the overall experience has been that the car is a pleasure to own and drive.
