I bought Toyota crysta VX in march 2018. We all know good thing about crysta. Here goes the ist of bad things. Which you will feel heated with such a price and brand tag. 1. I am a long distance traveler already done 16000 km in first four months. Middle row seprated seats arm reat gives you nightmare. They are too narrow and too short to accomodate your arm in rest position. Even n smpthest roads like Agra Lucknow 300 km expressway. I get severe discomfort and pain in my elbow too. Arm rest is v slim amd short and Foam quality iz too hard on arm rest. So i dont actually use it anymore after 3 months. Those who have had chance in sitting in previous innova 7 seator and this new crysta 7 seator they will agree with me that middle row seats are "JUST OK' not as cushiony and as comfortable in comparison to previous model. I get tired even on a 100 km conStant journey. I m seriously thinking to get the previous seats fitted (if possible). 2. Touch screen and dash board gies a classy look, but touch screen navigation is "PATHETIC". It take ages to select to destination. Only you can choose from pre stored location. In most of cases i end up using mobile phone navigation system which is 1000 times better than crysta navigation. I have even send a written feedback to toyota. But i was told toyota will soon udate navigation chip which ill cpst about 20000.00 extra. Imagine you purchase. Vehicle worth over 20 lacs on road and you dont get basics. 3. Ride is smooth, noose insulated is good. Nteriors are good too. But features alike cruise control and auto OVRM is missing in VX model wich is just below top. And its deprived of these feature which toyota could ave provided.
