Toyota etios diesel drawbacks

I have been using Toyota etios diesel for 3 years. it's really comfortable, having much boot space and also in terms of luggage. the only problem I face is regarding the pulling...l mean pickup. when the car is fully loaded and with ac, then steep continuous road is a great problem. also my car stopped once in middle of a steep road. I approached Toyota, but they said that etios is not made for that and it cannot climb more than 5km steep roads (even though there road is good) fully loaded and having ac on.
