Bought the brand new Tigor xzo on 05/12/17. Drove hardly 2-300 km On 10/12/17 after a 85km run front left tyre got burst, On a clear road ,hardly at the speed of around 70's. Some local men who witnessed the incidence told they heard tyre burst . Scene not ends here As soon as tyre busted the magic of high ground clearance was seen. Vehicle flipped towards left turned overhead and stood straight again on road. All 4 people sitting inside Got lifetime fractures on shoulders with other many injuries . One is still admitted in icu he got his skull fractured got head injury broken shoulder and spine too. Now even after that much happened agency people saying it's impossible this can't happen this is just luck. Means they take money from you and leave you on your luck. I came in contact of 2 other people who had same incidents,But not got any injuries . Now how a tubeless tyre may get burst . Agency people telling might b sm object hit. I attach photos of road too u see what may b the object . And even if anything hit ,it was tubeless tyre it must had deflated , burst kaise kr gya..?? Then what is the meaning of tubeless tyre ..?? Now even after that much happened agency not ready to even replace my vehicle .. it was just 5 day old vehicle even registration was not completed , total falt was of vehicle/tyre . But they don't want to take any pain. I have copy of MLC, police report of scene ( mauke ki report) As police was there when incidence happened. Copy of police Punchnaama. Where they also hv mentioned tyre burst. Anyone can please help me regarding this issue. Please as I know very little about legel things. It was XZO top model with tubeless tyres
