Don't Be Deceived By Looks!! Worst Car!

I bought Tata tiago XZA in March 2018 this year through Arya Motors at Gurgaon. Following is my honest review after driving this car about 7000 km. First it is about the deceiving dealers: 1.) Test drive cars are normally set to sports mode and they don't give you the normal feel, so be warned about it when you test drive this car. I was not aware of this. 2.) You only get receipt for amount paid not the full bill the bill amount is much lesser. Rest bill is in air. 3.) Surprisingly at the time of complaint or service the dealer is only bothered about what is your review about him. They go extra mile to make you give them five stars in the service which was really annoying. Dealer Arya motor is better than others. Staff is friendly and helpful but they too cannot go beyond what are inherent problems in the car which are beyond the control. Now about the car: I got delivery at about 7 p.m. just after driving about two kilometres I could hear blasting sounds from the engine. These blasts are similar to the motorcycle or scooter silencer blast. It has been 4 months the blast are on and off and the company has not been able to resolve it till date. Pick up is pathetic. You really have to push yourself feeling as if you are really driving a car. People normally Honk you at the red lights with becomes really embarrassing. Driving through steep passages you really have to use handbrake without which you cannot climb. I bumped into a car behind and broke my bumper before I learned this. When you are making reverse it's more bad because the RPM keeps going up and the car is stationary and then suddenly with a big jerk it moves with a great speed behind and becomes almost uncontrollable. This is very very risky. The mileage metre provided is deceptive. The fuel tank is 35 litres and car gives an average of 12 to 13 km per litre on AC while the metre shows 17 to 18 kilometers. I have profound this checked various times and confident about it. The seat height adjustment system in the car is faulty. I mean, my car does not remember my setting and I have to adjust it to move high everyday. There is some problem that that makes the seat go back by few gears everyday. The reclining adjustment of the seat is too hard, one has to pull liver with one hand and pull up the seat with another!! The stereo has a problem though it may give you nice sound but keeps hanging up quite a few times so you have to take it to the dealer to have it reset. The bonnet support rod which you put when you open the bonnet to keep it open has a faulty holding knob or clamp. It's so loose the rod keeps creating vibrations and gives ridiculous sounds in the cabin. The dashboard inside is very noisy. When complaint to the dealer he was pretty aware of the issue and stuffed it with lot of PU foam so as to avoid any vibrating sounds that keep rocking inside the cabin. There are more sound from the engine which feel like some plastic is vibrating somewhere. All these sounds are very irritating and disturbing. I have driven Maruti Toyota Volkswagen and many other cars but my review for this car is really bad I would suggest you not to waste your hard earned money.
