WORST CAR WITH POOR SERVICE

I HAD BOUGHT TATA TIAGO PETROL BEFORE 6 MONTHS FOR ITS MILEAGE BUT IT IS TOTAL FAIL CAR. IT IS GIVING MILEAGE OF 10 KM PER LTR IN CITY. MY CAR IS BROKE DOWN 2 TIMES IN RUNNING CONDITION WITHIN 10000 KMS. IF SOME WATER DUE TO LIGHT RAIN GOES INSIDE CAR GETS BROKE DOWN. SERVICE CENTER HAS ALSO NO MANNERS TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. SERVICE MANAGER IS NOT REPLYING OF CALL. ALL TIME VIBRATES THE CAR. IF CAR'S MUSIC SYSTEM STOPS THEN SERVICE CENTER WILL CALL A PERSON FROM OUT SIDE THEY WILL NOT EVEN TRY TO GET IT REPAIRED. THESE ALL PROBLEMS ARE IN A CITY LIKE AHMEDABAD. I CAN'T IMAGINE SITUATION OF SMALL TOWNS. SERVICE STATION IS ALSO OUTSIDE FROM CITY. SERVICE CENTER HAS NOT OFFRED EVEN 1 GLASS OF WATER TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. VERY VERY VERY POOOR SERVICE FROM TATA. AND THEY ARE COMPARING THERE COMPANY WITH TOYOTA, SKODA & HONDA.
