Very bad service from customer care and showroom

I have purchased a new tata nexon AMT XZA+ , as per site they should provide wearable PEPS Key with my car. I have question this on showroom at that time they are saying it is not available, I show the details on site at that time they are saying please contact customer service. While contacting consumer service they are saying your complaint is forwarded to concern department. Currently they have forwarded my complaint more than 7 times, but no replay from them. I am totally disappointed with Tata customer service.
