Me and my family want to extend gratitude to Tata Motors for providing us with their fine services and the new Tata Nexon XT Silver delivered on 15.11.2018. I want to share my experience about the purchase of this car. I visited their showroom just by chance, while I was returning from a nearby showroom of Honda and enquiring for the resale of my old car (Swift VXI) on Saturday 20.10.2018. I got attracted to a silver colored car placed in the front position in the showroom that was Nexon XZA+. Till then nobody had told me about buying this car despite of talking to at least 6-7 car dealers and my family members. The showroom was on the verge of closing for the day but the employees showed me around the vehicles, gave me the brochures, their contact details and did not show any hurry in going home after a busy day. I returned to the showroom with my old car on Sunday. I was offered optimal price for my old car and I returned on the next day with the permission of my family members to book the car and later handover the old vehicle. The payments were made online and the vehicle was eventually delivered 5 days later than the expected time of delivery. The entire process was pleasant. I have started driving the car safely on the roads of Mumbai. Me and my family have loved the car and the services offered by Tata Motors. The car is awesome and value for money. I recommend all of you to take a test drive before finalizing any other car in this segment.
