An Excellent EV, One Of Tata's Finest.

A great car considering the other EV options in the market are much more expensive. Brilliant performance, especially in 'S' mode. A realistic range of 210-240kms and depending on your driving style, you can get more. Features are good and it's actually a very practical car for future-oriented people. Solidly built as the ICE Nexon, yet this one feels better built as the batteries help keep the car sit squat and feel more stable when driving. I only have 3 major gripes with Tata regarding this product: - 1. Tata is on a major feature deletion spree, especially for the XZ+ version probably because not many people were buying the range-topping XZ+ Lux edition. The XZ+ now does not come with adjustable rear headrests, rear centre armrest. Starting from May-June 2021, Tata has also changed the alloy wheel design to a more plain-jane 5 spoke unit and has deleted the physical media control buttons under the touchscreen unit. Why Tata? 2. Tata Z connect app is next to useless at times. Very slow to respond and fails to sync. 3. No ESP/Traction Control! The Nexon EV is an FWD car with boatloads of torque. On a rainy day, this combination is not at all confidence-inspiring and is actually worrisome. Tata needs to address this as soon as possible. If the much cheaper ICE Nexon can get TC, why can't the Nexon EV?
