Tata Nano: Remaining blips

I bought a Tata Nano Cx 2 months back after booking it almost a year back.My anticipation was high considering the hype around the new car, though the rest of the family was highly skeptical and unsupportive of the decision. Anyway, I must highlight the cons first, that drove me to buy the car in the first place: -Great looks, as yet unmatched in this segment. -Great space for 4 large adults(I have carried 5 with a/c on without too much strain on the engine. -Great Price,as yet unmatched in India or anywhere else. Now come the cons: -Very poor fuel economy, at about 10kmpl or even less( I confess I have done only city driving as yet) -Engine noise, which can be very disconcerting especially when you are standing outside the car! -Loose clutch, despite having it noted down at the first service checkup, and apparently taken care of. -Brakes are mild, and can be improved. However, I would rate poor fuel economy as the worst negative against the Nano (even after replacement of defective fuel pipe at the first service), as the whole point about this car is a reasonably priced car , ALONG with reasonable running costs. In these times of spiralling petrol prices, I think this is one key aspect that the Tatas will have to sort out sooner rather than later.
