Pros : Value for Money consider the cheap price and features offered

Cons : Horrible Service support, Manufacturing defects, All kinds of noises, Rusting

Look and Style - Good. Rear could have been better Comfort - Good Pickup - Good Mileage - OK Needs to improve - Service, Manufacturing quality Overall Experience - Horrible. Drove for less than 10000 Kms. but Radiator assembly, Steering rack and pinion replaced. Still noise from suspension is coming for which the dealers are struggling to find the solution and company is pleasantly sleeping over it. There is a hot pipe inside the cabin under the front panel which is uncovered. The dealer says it is a standard feature. ( Wonder how these cars get CMVR approval). Car shock absorbers bottom when the tyre hits the bump and entire front panel shakes... Overall a horror. First and last time bought a TATA car and advise all not to buy it until you have lot of time to waste at the service stations. Already rust has appeared on the bonnet supporting bar which again is normal, as per the dealers. Infact, I met one gentleman during one of my frequent visits to the service station where he showed me his car ( 15 k kms.) full of rust. I am preparing myself for that horror also....

    my dear i thing u didnt tk well care of the car, apart frm u nobody else faced ths kind of problem and tata hv huge steel and making almost the max no. of vehicles even it is heavy or passenger its all doing good all over india. there must be some other problem i suggest u to properly get it checked by a good sevice station. or u cn write to tata they hv given contacts of high officials. also pls dont jst blame the whole car its really a VFM car in its segment also in its class. TATA pls help ths man to get rid of his problem.

    Ashish has brought forth another interesting dimension and that is of service support. I have tried three different service stations of TATA and even was connected with one of the better ones by their Gurgaon regional office, but the problems could not be resolved. Infact, service station personnel themselves are of the opinion that one should not buy TATA cars until unless they have lot of time at hand to waste.Now I have reached to their HQ in Mumbai and have been provided with the mobile no. of the regional manager whose phone is always busy and he does not seem to have 'Missed call alert. As far taking care of the car is concerned, it happens to be my 4th car. Earlier ones and one even after this purchase have been from Maruti and I never faced any problems with any of the products. HOPE THAT TATAs WILL LISTEN TO PRAYERS OF ASHISH AND HELP ME IN GETTING RID OF PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR. P.S.- Dear Ashish, by some chance are you a TATA motors employee or something?????

    Try sending your grievence through Tata Motors website. The customer greviances are straight sent to top boss(Mr. Tata). I had a nice experience and my issue was resolved in no time with I getting calls from their Regional Manager himself to confirm whether issue is resolved and how was the service.
