Pros : marvelous pick-up and mileage, intelligent storage spaces, comfortable seating and drive
Cons : None
I had bought my Tata Indigo LS in the year 2005 and now I think am pretty grilled to write a review and share my experience. I would start by saying that it is an excellent buy for the price it offers, absolutely marvelous. Secondly, if you still have the notions that Diesel cars are not good to drive and are heavy, be rid of it as it is absolutely untrue. I also felt the same in the beginning as I used to drive a Zen before this, but within a few days of driving I was loving it. I know as an Indian customer, the most important aspects are the looks and the mileage. Indigo provides me a mileage of 17kmpl in city with AC, which I find really impressive. Even on highways the drive is smooth, absolutely jerk free. I am not a very technical guy, so don't know what is the feature that gives you a completely jerk-free drive, but it is awesome in Indigo LS. Initially I felt that the car slogs once the Ac is switched on, but that was just psychologically, as the car is as smooth with AC as without it. The features like Power steering, braking, boot space, safety features are all well-placed and work considerably well. Over the years the seating has been very comfortable and it is pretty strange that even after 5 years they are well-cushioned, comfortable and bucketed. Well, funny yet very interesting, there is a storage space beneath the steering wheel, similar to the Tata trucks, but extremely thoughtful and useful. I mean Indian families are always in look for storage spaces, wherever it is:). In short, I love my Indigo LS, have recommended to many friends, and indeed many of them have bought it only on my suggestion. But, we are all a happy Indigo family now. join us People!! U will love it.
