My First Indian Car(After 10 others including Toyota,Mitsubishi,A...

Got a Tata Indica Vista Terra Petrol(Yes!Petrol!!) on 9th August.So far ,I am satisfied with the car.With my driving habits ,I am getting 18kms/litre on long drives.Did a lot of research for buying my first Brand New Indian Car.(Previous Indian cars I used were Pre Owned).My criteria was spaciousness( for my parents ,wife, 9year old daughter and our maid), affordable price and to an extent good looks.I was not very much into fuel efficiency . The engine at times felt slightly underpowered,but the occassions requiring that power were few and I can live with it.The beige interior makes the travel great.Did compare with Maruti,Hyundai ,Ford but price wise and space wise ,Indica Vista was preferred by me.The car is smooth,delivers more than the mileage promised by the manufacturer(maybe because of my driving , and with mixed use-A/c not always on),and the A/C is good. Overall ,I am satisfied with this car.I would surely recommend this to anyone looking for true VFM! Previous Car Ownership history:Ford Taurus 3.0L 6-Cylinder,Alfa Romeo Twin Spark,Honda CRV,Mitsubishi Nativa 3.0L 6 Cylinder.(Just blowing my trumpet !I am no novice!)
