Car style only fine otherwise all here 0 very poor customer care On car received time also very bad experience on showroom (Chennai kattupakk ) they didn't clean car on first delivery time , I waited for all most 3hours bill also not give properly for car explaining person came after 2hours at least first start Pooja that also they not help, I No welcome letters till date almost 8 months overbought my car Till date no one single communicated (customer relationship ) no email no letter's no phone not even Sms from company and dealer I bring that showroom on my car for the first service now more headache started now my car engine noise increase now, cooling degreased, my reverse censor camera not working properly again given service also not properly I understood there is no one experience mechanic and no one experience with automobile industry just name of Renault showroom otherwise nothing Company 4years free service is dead waste whatever repair I giving outside mechanic paid service only What I do I bought this kwid car emotionally now I feel very bad.
