Dear Sir,Reference to your quotations submitted to me today, I have called your office on mobile no.7799770089 /7799770088 to get some clarifications regarding the quotation. My cal was picked up by one girl named Ms. SriLekh might be a telephone operator. I was asked her to transfer the call to concern marketing or finance executive. She was reluctant and rejected to transfer and she only talking with me. Basing on the discussions I was annoyed to talk with her because she does not know how to talk and convince a new customer who is showing interested to buy your product. More over she started heated argument with me which i does not like this attitude. With my past 35 years of experience, worked as a general manger, with a Financial Organisation, presently retired and aged about 60 years, I could not digest her heated arguments without respecting me. She is not ready to connect to any other executive or the Managing Director from your office. This is very unfortunate to me and afterall a telephone operator had poked my ego too much and I was hurtled very much. By looking all these, I have changed my mind and dropped out to buy your Renault product. For your information I was the previous user of RENAULT DUSTER RXZ purchased in 2012 from Sri Sri Sri Auto Cars Pvt Limited, L B Nagar, Hyderabad-500035. Due to my plan of migration to Andhra Pradesh from Telangana, I have selected your dealership to buy a new vehicle of Renault Kwid Climber 1.00 AMT from AP. Really If I want to buy the same product, also I have another option to opt a dealer from Guntur or Narasaraopet or Ongole or Rajahmundry or Kakinada or any where in AP other than from you since I was insulted from your people at your dealership Named M/s. Aruna Motors Private Limited, Vijawada. In case If all the dealers are playing this monopoly, I have to quit RENAULT i am ready to migrate to another brand and it is my duty to give this feed back to the public and advise not to buy Renault product.
