Bad after sales

I own a Renault Pulse and Fluence and these cars have made me feel like a fool as both the cars are suffering from a lot of diseases. The cars are not meant to drive during rainy season as the engine gets chocked and Renault people will not help you on this. I faced problems related to engine seize, parking sensor, fog lamps and wheel alignment. I called these people many times to rectify the problem as the vehicle has got repaired many times earlier also for the same problem of engine chocking, but this time they are not even responding to the calls. It's really disgusting.
