Foolish to purchase Duster
Buying experience was good but the after sale service is pathetic. My car is only three years old and still is in extended warranty. The AC is so bad, that the passenger on back seat has to use hand fan. Repeated complaints were ignored by the service centre. The after sale service is very very poor. Simply they believe in billing. Now they are saying for changing all the shockers, which they say are not covered under extended warranty. The car has always been running on a very good road in NCR & Delhi. Never used 4 wheel drive so far. Thank God otherwise they would have told me to change the engine. My car no is UP 14 CL 6464 !
