Car booked but not delivered

This is in reference to our booking of the Renault Duster in the month immediately after launch. Dealer promised the vehicle would be delivered within three months. Even after the long waiting period,the dealer has informed the customers that the vehicle is not unavailable. The dealer also said that he cannot deliver the vehicle booked and asking the customers to go for a higher variant. Even calling the Renault Customer Care is of no use.They were just repeating that the company would inform the customers of the delivery date shortly.
