Frustrating experience with Duster RXL

Overall Experience: I bought Duster 85ps diesel rxl plus exactly 6 months back, so far have driven only 1570 kms. Using car only on weekends. It developed some starting problem. It was taken to local Renault service center in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Renault service center took one week to diagnose the problem. According to local service center, BCM (Body Control Module) failed. They do not have this part available at their service center. They raised the order to the factory. Now this part has to come from factory and then it will be replaced. Now 11 days have passed since the car was delivered at Renault Service Center in Tirupati and no idea when I will be getting my car back. The service center staff are not technically well versed even to diagnose the problem according to my understanding. I called Renault toll free number several times with a hope that they can do something to speed up the process, but found them useless and hopeless. They don't even provide alternate vehicle during breakdown. After sale service is really hopeless. Dear prospective buyers think twice if you want to buy a Renault vehicle, posting this after so much frustration!!!
