Low pans & compliant suspension don't mix well

Just discovered this about an hour ago. The oil & transmission pan sit low enough, and the suspension is compliant enough for the pans to be damaged and dump their fluid. Nope wasn't driving, and it wasn't my car. Just don't try to jump a curb at 100 mph when the cops are chasing you. That WAS a nice Cayenne. It did stand-up well to a front end collision with a mid sized GM pickup. Truck totaled, Cayenne has about $8,000 of damage. Overall I'm satisfied. I like Volvos for their safety, but the Cayenne was very impressive in a high speed jump, and collision.
