Complaint Id Number C1711070013sir it is more than 4 months passed complaint is still open Complaint Id Number C1711070013 there is no action against dealer. car is still not received and 1 lakh amount is already paid to dealer in advance your dealer is fraud. Dear Sir, I visited your Service centre for my car service located in Shree Raj Autolink pvt ltd Near Bhilwara Dairy Ajmer Road Bhilwara(Raj.) on Date 26.09.2017 my car number is RJ27 CF0077 and Job sheet number is 1889. I requested for the car starting problem and other regular checkup . Service centre guys acknowledged me that the problem will be resolved soon. After few days they called me and said that their is a car starting problem which needs computerised device to check which they have to bring from other service centre and asked me to submit a cheque for Rs 1 lakh advance and they said they will proceed further only when i submit the money. I submitted the amount to them in hope that it will resolve the issue. After some days i called them and asked them if they checked the engine with device, they said they have verified the problem and checked it with the device. So i visited the service centre to look out the actual problem in details. When i asked the service centre guys to show me the device and how they identified i was shocked to hear when they said that they didn't bring the device yet and it will take more time for the device to come. When i went for complain for the issue to an assistant he was very rude and said he couldn't deal with complain there and then. Now it has completed 40 days and still the i have no status about the problem. I have visited the service centre on 5th nov. the car is in pathetic condition, its engine is opened and covered with dust as its glasses are not closed with damaged interiors. I have taken the pics on car in these conditions. I have seen they are exchanging the parts from another car into my car, i think they don’t know the actual problem and they are doing hit and trial. I have asked them about the complete car repair but they are not answering clearly and demanding for about 1 lakh more for complete repair. I have already paid 1 lakh now they are asking for more money as security. The staff members are very much unfriendly and uncooperative. If Nissan is not able to service my car then why did it accepted my car for service, I want is a full refund. I also want an apology, plus an explanation of why I was treated so badly and asked to wait for more than 40 days. I have recorded videos for all the conversations which i have done at the service centre and i am going to public it. It has been around a month still waiting for my car to be repaired and i have already paid amount 1lakh in advance. I have to go on business tours but without car my business has affected which has increased my expenses. I am disgruntled by this experience …. I am feeling helpless as i am not able to see any progress and they have blocked me to use my car, i am not able to see any way except filing a case against nissan.
