Hi Car lovers, Extremely poor technical knowledge is carried by the Pinnacle Nissan Thrissur and you are going to face unnecessary money losses. I bought the car in 2012 February and that is the nearest Dealer/Service center available for my car. All periodic services are done properly mostly with Pinnacle Nissan, not by choice but No choice. Whenever I gave it for service there, new issues or total mess-up happens. After service till date I faced below issues 1. Clutch had to replace 2. Brake pads had to replace 3. Now Engine misfire 4. Shock-up had replaced 5. Ignition switch had replaced.... Most of these happens immediately or within a week time. Whatever customer's requirement never fulfill and start suggesting based on their list of items. Recently I reported an issue on Engine misfire when speed above 100Kmph and told them I need fix only for that. They did regular check-up and suggested to change many other things, I said no to break-pad change since it was recently replaced. Without my consent they replaced break-pads and it costed extra 7500Rs. Funny part begins after service, when I reported the Engine misfire, they could not root cause at their end and informed me there is no issue, took 3 days for diagnosis and still no success. After getting the car on my hand with extremely non-driveable condition, feeling like I'm driving an Auto, such a nasty sound was coming from the exhaust. They dont even bother about the customer requirements or needs. So be vigilant and careful with this dealer for any service requirement. regards, Paul
