Nissan and Shivalik Nissan Unreliable and Fraud Company. Had recently bought Nissan Sunny XV Special from Shivalik Nissan, Viman Nagar, Pune which was delivered to me in December 2013. They gave me a defective vehicle manufactured in Jan 2013. My experience has been completely awful with Shivalik as well as Nissan. I have just ended up wasting my 12 lakhs on Nissan Sunny. NEVER BUY ANY NISSAN VEHICLE!!! Even a second hand car would not give you so many issues the way this car does.  I would advice no one to even buy this vehicle. Nissan is a completely unreliable and fraud company who takes no responsibility whatsoever once their car is sold. Even when Tata sells their cheapest vehicle "Nano"  "a 1 lakh car" still they take customer feedback and complaints very seriously.  But here in NISSAN, you pay 12 times more but they never bother about customer feedback or complaints. They just sweet-talk you assuring you necessary actions but they do not even bother to revert back. I have been facing major issues such as Vehicle Starting Issue, Engine Noise, Gear shifting, Major Brake noise, etc. So many issues in a brand newcar, what else is left in this car? Within just 7 months, my vehicle and has got stuck in no-man's land more than 10 times. My vehicle just keeps on going to and fro to Shivalik Nissan service centre for the same issue for past 7  months but all in vain. My vehicle has spent more time in the Shivalik Nissan service center than at home. I was asked to keep my vehicle in the center for weeks and the car was returned to me in a damaged condition saying that all issues have been resolved. While my car was in the center for 15 days, they even damaged the interiors of my car with multiple scratches on the sides, meter reading, steering, etc with screw driver informed the service manager about this immediately and also sent him pictures on wassup. Its our new car and our heart is totally on it. Just imagine what I must have felt when I saw that my car was returned to me in such a bad shape. They assured me that they would do the needul. I even spoke with the GM of the Company "Mr Hitendra" regarding all my issues as they are pending since 7 months. He too assured me that  would resolve all my issues including interior but all in vain. When I got no resolution from Shivalik,  I approached the company "NISSAN" with all my issues. "Mr Mohammad" and "Mr Imran" from Nissan assured me that they would take the necessary actions and resolve my issues. The moment I raised my complain with NISSAN, the service head "Mr Altaf" from Shivalik turned extremely defensive and arrogant and argued with me that the vehicle is completely ok. In the end they told me that they would come for a joint test drive with NISSAN team and asked me to keep the vehicle with me. They said that they would call me and pick up my vehicle for resolution very soon. I waited more than a month but I didn't receive any response from their end. Surprisingly even the company did not bother to call and know the status. When I called Nissan Customer care, I was told that my old complaint was closed as the service centre people told that they have resolved all the issues. This really came as a shock to me as here I was waiting like a fool for their call and they have mentioned that my issues have been resolved. Moreover, Nissan did not even bother to call and ask me once for confirmation. I told the customer care executive of NISSAN the real status and also spoke with "Mr Imran" from Nissan regarding my whole issue. He too assured me that he would look into the matter and revert me within an hour but he too never reverted back. Within past 4 days, I have been calling the Nissan Customer care almost everyday. Every time I have to repeat the entire story to new people, they give me false assurance and tell me that I will get a call from their higher technical team within 24 hrs, but I never get any call from anyone. Its our hard earned money and all what I expected was resolution to my issues as it is our right. Its a big racket between Nissan and Shivalik to cheat people. There are many good companies in the market with good cars. By buying this car not only you would end up wasting your hard earned money, but you will also loose your peace of mind feeling cheated at the end of the day! NISSAN and SHIVALIK NISSAN,---WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

    i am also having NISSAN SUNNY but i think this complain is not true because my car is running superb and upon that SHIVALIK NISSAN is giving me excellent after sales service and my car is giving me an avg. of 19 in city ansd 23 on highway..
