Nissan Micra Car is good , Seller (Zedex Nissan) is NOT good

We were looking for hatchback automatic gear cars and choose Nissan Micra in that segment. It has been 4 months we had purchased the car. Car is good but average is poor. It gives an avg of 10-12 in the city which is a burn in one's pocket.Zedex Nissan, patparganj has worst after sales service. 1. We got the delivery of car after 2 weeks of committed date. They did not communicate to us about delivery being late and when we reached to the showroom , we were told that car has come from Chennai warehouse yet. 2. It took 2 n half months for Registration Certificate to come(ideally takes 30 days) that too only after we did multiple follow ups with them (Reason for delay , Zedex Nissan has not submitted proper documents to Transport Authority). and they try to put the blame on customer. 3. They charged us for FastTag at the time of booking but after 4 months also we have not yet received the tag even after multiple follow ups.They are not at all bothered about the delivery of Fast Tag. Please consider above points before choosing the showroom. The above points made it a overall bad experience for our car.
