Booking was made with Ananta Automobiles (P) Ltd.NISSAN MICRA SHOWROOM,Pahal,Bhubaneswar against cash n cheque deposit of Rs.6,44,610.00 for a New NISSAN MICRA car on 09-10-2015 by Dr.Nabhagan Swain of vill-Branch in the district of Cuttack But a Preowned n used touch-up 2013 Manufactured MICRA Car was delivered at Branch by the showroom driver on 10-10-2015. Objection, the showroom assured to replace the alleged car with a New one very soon within 3 days. but approached over the phone many times n personally twice the Authorised Manager every occasion is sleeping over the matter n taking over time. THE DOCTER OWNER of the vehicle desires for the refund of money. Till now (12-11-15) the showroom owner neither delivers the new NISSAN MICRA car nor refunds the money.
