Great Car with lousy customer service
Here is a car which could have give CRV a run for its money. Alas, its customer service is such a dampner that you end up wishing you had not bought this car. I bought outlander about a month back. To begin with I found this car to be absolute delight. Then started the problems- no customer service at all. First of all they took a month to get my car registered. Secondly no response to my follow up regarding the registration. Then came the time for the first service. The car was slated to be returned at 5 PM, It was returned at 7.45PM! Some value of time. Then after one a half month of buying brand new car the AC conked off- just like that. Well, it might happen to any car- the only thing is that you don't expect this with a car for which you have paid 22 lakhs. When contacting the showroom, i was told that somebody will call me within 10 minutes- no calls for 2 hours. Finally i called again only to be told that no service will be provided for 36 hours as the workshop is closed as tomorrow is a sunday- Great. I just wish somebody had written this review at that time- i would have never bought this car!!
